Testimonials:

Mark from Barrie, Ontario recently offered an awesome testimonial:

“The instructor James from Rescue 7 was outstanding. He was very professional and articulate.

He kept the class engaged throughout the day and his personal experience stories were very relevant to the course.”

And Cliff had this to say about our instructor, Pierre:

Appreciate the great job you did yesterday. When we had a question, you knew the answer right away and followed up with the actual facts.

Your excellent teaching skills will definitely help our inspection staff to retain the First Aid/CPR knowledge for future use.

Thanks again for the outstanding training and total display of professionalism.

Please if you could take a few minutes of your time to complete this short survey for us on Workplace First Aid Attendant, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.  This survey will take approximately 7 minutes to complete and will serve to better inform the CSA Technical Committee on the needs of Canadian workplaces as it relates to Workplace First Aid.  The deadline for submission is March 20, 2016

In November 2015, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group) established a new Technical Committee on Workplace First Aid. This Committee was established in response to Stakeholder requests to develop a new accredited Canadian National Standard to harmonize first aid training curriculum requirements across the country.  It is intended that this Standard will set out consistent first aid training categories and learning outcomes for first aid training.  It will also provide a certification scheme to assist training providers when developing their training courses. The purpose of this survey is to gather input regarding the first aid training needs of various Canadian stakeholders.  (See attachment for a progress report on the initial work of the Committee)

Although the primary audience for this document will be training providers and government regulatory agencies, by completing the survey you will help to ensure that this new National Standard on Workplace First Aid (CSA Z1210) will be relevant and useful to the end-users and other stakeholders it is intended to help.
