Course Description
Workplace harassment can severely impact an individual’s sense of dignity and hinder their ability to perform their job efficiently. If not addressed, such harassment can escalate into more aggressive actions. Every employee deserves to work in an environment that is safe and promotes well-being.
In accordance with government regulations such as Bill 168, which requires workplace violence training for organizations with five or more employees, this course is designed to ensure compliance while emphasizing the prevention of harassment and violence in the workplace. After finishing the course, participants will receive a certificate that recognizes their understanding of the subject matter.
