Course Description

A Health and Safety Committee or the appointment of Health and Safety Representatives is either mandatory or subject to ministerial decision in all Canadian jurisdictions, and requirements vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Our courses are designed so that participants understand the roles & responsibilities of health and safety representatives and policy and workplace health and safety committees under provincial jurisdiction and the Canada Labour Code, Part II.

Please contact Rescue 7 Inc for the most up-to-date applicable legislation to find out what are the requirements for your workplace.
