Weekly Review: July 4th-10th

Overall, we were very pleased with the training.  The material was good, the facilitator was knowledgeable and she made it fun and interesting.  We would be please to provide a recommendation and use Rescue 7 again in the future. — Kelly M.

Australia is setting the standard for AED accessibility in sports clubs with a goal of 500 clubs equipped with defibrillators by 2019. All football clubs around the country can expect the installation of a defibrillator designed to shock the heart back into life after cardiac arrest within the next three years. This initiative is similar to that of Chase McEachern, who wanted to make sure athletic young men like himself could play all they wanted without worry. You can find out more about the initiative in New Zealand here, and stay tuned for our TFC event coming soon!
